Crown & Bridge

Dental Crowns :

Crown strengthen and protect your tooth, as well as greatly improve your smile.

A crown covers the tooth completely, filling on to the gum and protecting your tooth from further damage.

If your tooth damaged to the point where it can no longer holding a filling, a crown may be necessary.

Why is a Dental Crown Needed :

A dental crown may be needed in the following situations.

  • ·         To protect on weak tooth from breaking or to hold together parts of a cracked tooth.
  • ·         To restore an already broken tooth or a tooth that has been severely wore down.
  • ·         To cover and support a tooth with a large filling when there isn’t a lot of tooth left.
  • ·         To hold a dental bridge in place.
  • ·         To cover a tooth that has had root canal treatment.
  • ·         To cover misshapen or severely discolored teeth.
  • ·         To cover a dental implant.

Dental Bridges :

A tooth bridge is a restorative structure that is used to replace missing teeth. Gaps left by missing teeth eventually cause the remaining teeth to rotate or shift into the empty spaces, resulting into bad bite. The imbalance caused by missing teeth can also lead to gum disease and temporomandibular joint “(TMJ) disorders.

Bridges are commonly used to replace one or more missing teeth. They span the space where the teeth are missing. Bridges are cemented to the natural teeth or implants surrounding the empty space. These teeth called abutments, serve as anchor for the bridge. A replacement tooth, called a pontic, is attached to the crowns that cover the abutments.

My developer is trying to persuade me to move to .net from PHP.

I have always disliked the idea because of the costs. But he's tryiong
none the less. I've been using Movable-type on a variety of websites for about a year and am anxious about switching to another
platform. I have heard excellent things about blogengine.net.
Is there a way I can import all my wordpress posts into it?
Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated!
